Unit 4
I really like this exercise. I like the background noise. And the woman narrating the exercise has a good voice for this. Observing ones thoughts and feelings is not easy. This was a different experience for me. I have been taught to recognize and acknowledge my feelings so they can be let go. I had to be able to show compassion to myself before I could truly show and feel compassion to others. This is a good exercise to once a week. I would recommend this to others.

Unit 3
I really like the visualizations with colors. Different colors represent different emotions and physical feelings. Like if you have pain you can picture a red ball where the pain is then move that ball out of your body. I'm not real fond of this mans voice for some reason though.
I rate my physical well-being at a 7, my spiritual well-being at a 10, and my psychological well-being at an 8-9. I work very hard on my spiritual and psychological well-being, but I need to work harder on my physical well-being.

Autogenic
I do meditation on a regular basis. But I haven't done any like this before. I really liked it. Directing the blood flow throughout the body is a great way to relax. And this meditation gives me some ideas on how to build on it. I like doing many different meditations. It keeps me from getting bored. It always amazes me; the power of the mind and what we can make our bodies do through a little effort.
